Introduction

ESTRO’s Patient Information Centre contains a range of fact sheets on the more common cancers, the impact a diagnosis of cancer has on individuals and those close to them, and some suggestions of where to find further help.

The fact sheets have been written with the assistance of experts to help patients and their carers understand more about a particular cancer, its effects and the available approaches to treatment.
